Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Flashlights containing lithium batteries may require ground-only shipping.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Battery Shipping Restrictions
Products with installed lithium batteries that are damaged or defective are restricted to ground transport per 49 CFR 173.185. New, undamaged batteries may be shipped via ground or air (with proper packaging).

5. Packaging

  • Desk Lamps: Boxed with foam inserts; UL labels visible.

  • Flashlights: Boxed or poly-bagged; battery warning labels visible.

  • Night Lights: Boxed with foam padding; UL 1786 labels visible.

6. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
