2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Desk Lamps (UL 153 Compliance):

Read all instructions before first use.

Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

Do not exceed maximum wattage.

Keep flammable materials (curtains, paper) away from bulbs.

Place on stable, level surface; ensure lamp is not in high-traffic areas.

Unplug before cleaning or changing bulbs.

For smart lamps: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.
For Flashlights (ANSI/NEMA FL1 / Battery Safety):

Do not shine directly into eyes.

Do not disassemble or modify batteries.

Use only recommended battery type.

Remove batteries for long-term storage.

For rechargeable models: Use only supplied charger; do not leave charging unattended.

Do not expose to extreme heat or fire.

Lithium battery warning: Do not use damaged or swollen batteries. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Damaged lithium batteries must be shipped via ground only.
For Night Lights (UL 1786 Compliance):

Plug directly into wall outlet – do not use with extension cords or power strips.

Ensure plug blades are fully inserted.

Keep away from curtains and flammable materials.

Do not use if outlet is loose or damaged.

Check regularly for overheating; discontinue use if case becomes excessively hot.

Unplug before cleaning.

5. Battery Shipping Compliance (Flashlights)
Products containing lithium-ion batteries must comply with 49 CFR 173.185 for transport. Requirements include:
